Production Staff

Job Description

We are looking for dedicated and hardworking Production Staff to support manufacturing and production operations. The ideal candidate should be able to work efficiently in a team environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery and equipment as per company guidelines.
• Assist in manufacturing, assembly, packaging, and processing activities.
• Monitor production processes to ensure smooth operations.
• Inspect products for quality and report defects or issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
• Record production data and prepare basic reports when required.
• Assist supervisors in achieving daily production targets.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of manufacturing and production processes.
• Ability to operate machinery and production equipment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and quality standards.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualification:

• 10th Pass, Intermediate (10+2), ITI, Diploma, or Any Degree.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Salary:

• ₹2.5 LPA – ₹5.0 LPA (Based on skills and experience)
