Job Summary

A Primary School Teacher is responsible for teaching young learners (Classes 1–5), building strong academic foundations, and supporting students’ overall development in a safe and engaging classroom environment.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Teach core subjects (English, Maths, EVS, Science, Social Studies)
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans
• Assess students through worksheets, tests, and activities
• Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning atmosphere
• Support students’ emotional and social development
• Communicate regularly with parents and school staff
• Participate in school events, training, and meetings
• Maintain attendance, records, and progress reports

🎓 Qualifications

• D.Ed / D.El.Ed / B.Ed (Primary)
• Graduate in relevant subject (preferred)
• CTET / TET qualification (added advantage)

🧠 Skills Required

• Strong communication & classroom management skills
• Child-friendly, patient, and creative teaching approach
• Basic computer knowledge
• Activity-based and interactive teaching methods

👩‍🏫 Experience

• Fresher: Can apply (training may be provided)
• 1–3 years: Primary Teacher
• 3+ years: Senior Primary Teacher / Coordinator

💰 Salary (Indicative – Thane)

• ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience & board)
