The ITI Operator / Field Technician is responsible for operating, maintaining, installing, and troubleshooting machinery or equipment at plant sites or customer locations, ensuring smooth and safe operations.

✅ Key Responsibilities

🔹 ITI Operator

• Operate machines and production equipment safely
• Monitor machine performance and report issues
• Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines
• Maintain production and maintenance records

🔹 Field Technician

• Install, service, and repair equipment at client sites
• Diagnose technical faults and provide solutions
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• Coordinate with service team and supervisors
• Prepare service reports and job cards

🎓 Eligibility / Qualifications

• ITI Certification (Electrician / Fitter / Mechanic / Electronics / Instrumentation, etc.)
• Basic understanding of electrical/mechanical systems

🧠 Skills Required

• Technical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and manuals
• Basic computer or mobile app usage for reporting
• Good communication and teamwork
• Willingness to work in shifts or travel (for field roles)

• 0–5 years experience

💰 Salary

₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month
