HR / Admin / Payroll Executive

🧾 Job Description

The HR / Admin / Payroll Executive is responsible for managing human resources operations, administrative tasks, and payroll processing. This role ensures smooth employee lifecycle management and compliance with company policies.


✅ Key Responsibilities

🔹 HR Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee records (joining, attendance, leaves, exits)
  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding process
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies
  • Support performance appraisal and HR documentation

🔹 Payroll Responsibilities

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
  • Manage attendance, leave, overtime, and salary deductions
  • Prepare salary slips and payroll reports
  • Handle statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS – basic level)

🔹 Admin Responsibilities

  • Manage office administration and vendor coordination
  • Maintain office supplies and assets
  • Handle travel arrangements and office facilities
  • Support management with reports and coordination

🎓 Eligibility / Qualifications

  • Graduate in HR / Commerce / Business Administration preferred
  • Knowledge of HR & payroll processes
  • Basic understanding of labor laws is an advantage

🧠 Skills Required

  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, HR software
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Time management and multitasking ability

💼 Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience preferred
  • Freshers with HR certification may apply

💰 Salary

₹18,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
