🧾 Job Description
The HR / Admin / Payroll Executive is responsible for managing human resources operations, administrative tasks, and payroll processing. This role ensures smooth employee lifecycle management and compliance with company policies.
✅ Key Responsibilities
🔹 HR Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records (joining, attendance, leaves, exits)
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding process
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies
- Support performance appraisal and HR documentation
🔹 Payroll Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
- Manage attendance, leave, overtime, and salary deductions
- Prepare salary slips and payroll reports
- Handle statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS – basic level)
🔹 Admin Responsibilities
- Manage office administration and vendor coordination
- Maintain office supplies and assets
- Handle travel arrangements and office facilities
- Support management with reports and coordination
🎓 Eligibility / Qualifications
- Graduate in HR / Commerce / Business Administration preferred
- Knowledge of HR & payroll processes
- Basic understanding of labor laws is an advantage
🧠Skills Required
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, HR software
- Attention to detail and confidentiality
- Time management and multitasking ability
💼 Experience
- 1–3 years of experience preferred
- Freshers with HR certification may apply
💰 Salary
₹18,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
