Hospitality Executive / Hotel Staff / Restaurant Staff

Job Description

The Hospitality staff is responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, and ensuring guests have a pleasant and comfortable experience.


✅ Key Responsibilities

🔹 Front Office / Guest Service

  • Welcome and assist guests courteously
  • Handle check-in/check-out procedures
  • Respond to guest queries and complaints
  • Manage bookings and reservations

🔹 Food & Beverage / Service

  • Take food and beverage orders
  • Serve guests promptly and professionally
  • Ensure cleanliness of dining and service areas
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards

🔹 Housekeeping / Support

  • Clean and maintain rooms and common areas
  • Replenish supplies and report maintenance issues
  • Follow hotel safety and hygiene guidelines

🎓 Eligibility / Qualifications

  • Minimum 10th / 12th Pass
  • Hotel Management / Hospitality course preferred (not mandatory)

🧠 Skills Required

  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Polite and friendly attitude
  • Ability to work in shifts and weekends
  • Teamwork and multitasking abilities

💼 Experience

  • 0–5 years experience
  • Freshers can apply

💰 Salary

₹12,000 – ₹30,000 per month
