The Hospitality staff is responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, and ensuring guests have a pleasant and comfortable experience.
✅ Key Responsibilities
🔹 Front Office / Guest Service
- Welcome and assist guests courteously
- Handle check-in/check-out procedures
- Respond to guest queries and complaints
- Manage bookings and reservations
🔹 Food & Beverage / Service
- Take food and beverage orders
- Serve guests promptly and professionally
- Ensure cleanliness of dining and service areas
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
🔹 Housekeeping / Support
- Clean and maintain rooms and common areas
- Replenish supplies and report maintenance issues
- Follow hotel safety and hygiene guidelines
🎓 Eligibility / Qualifications
- Minimum 10th / 12th Pass
- Hotel Management / Hospitality course preferred (not mandatory)
🧠Skills Required
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Polite and friendly attitude
- Ability to work in shifts and weekends
- Teamwork and multitasking abilities

- 0–5 years experience

💰 Salary
₹12,000 – ₹30,000 per month
