Job Description
The Back Office / Data Entry Executive is responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining company data in computer systems. The role supports day-to-day office operations and ensures accuracy of records.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Enter data accurately into company databases and software
- Update and maintain records, files, and documents
- Verify data for errors and correct inconsistencies
- Prepare reports and spreadsheets using MS Excel
- Handle emails and basic office correspondence
- Support admin and operations teams when required
- Maintain confidentiality of company information
🎓 Eligibility / Qualifications
- Minimum 12th Pass / Any Graduate
- Basic computer knowledge
- Familiarity with MS Word, MS Excel, Email
- Typing speed: 25–30 WPM (preferred)
🧠Skills Required
- Good typing and attention to detail
- Basic English communication (reading & writing)
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team

💰 Salary
₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)
