Back Office / Data Entry Executive

Job Description

The Back Office / Data Entry Executive is responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining company data in computer systems. The role supports day-to-day office operations and ensures accuracy of records.


✅ Key Responsibilities

  • Enter data accurately into company databases and software
  • Update and maintain records, files, and documents
  • Verify data for errors and correct inconsistencies
  • Prepare reports and spreadsheets using MS Excel
  • Handle emails and basic office correspondence
  • Support admin and operations teams when required
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information

🎓 Eligibility / Qualifications

  • Minimum 12th Pass / Any Graduate
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Familiarity with MS Word, MS Excel, Email
  • Typing speed: 25–30 WPM (preferred)

🧠 Skills Required

  • Good typing and attention to detail
  • Basic English communication (reading & writing)
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team

💼 Experience

  • Freshers can apply
  • 0–2 years of experience preferred

💰 Salary

₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)
