Job Summary

A Back-end Operations Executive manages internal office work such as data handling, documentation, coordination, and process support to ensure smooth daily operations.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and maintain records accurately
• Prepare and update reports, spreadsheets, and MIS
• Handle documentation, filing, and paperwork
• Support sales, accounts, and customer service teams
• Process orders, invoices, and basic operational tasks
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors
• Respond to emails and internal queries
• Ensure data confidentiality and accuracy

🎓 Qualifications

• 12th pass / Graduate (any stream)
• Basic computer knowledge required

💻 Skills Required

• MS Excel, MS Word, Email handling
• Good typing speed
• Attention to detail
• Basic communication skills
• ERP / Tally knowledge (added advantage)

👤 Experience

• Freshers welcome
• 1–3 years experience preferred for senior roles

💰 Salary (Indicative – Thane)

• Freshers: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month
• Experienced: ₹22,000 – ₹40,000 per month
