Role Overview
A Credit Card Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling credit cards to potential customers, explaining product features, completing customer onboarding, and achieving assigned sales targets.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
📞 Sales & Customer Acquisition
- Promote bank credit cards through field sales / telecalling / mall & corporate activations
- Identify potential customers and generate new leads
- Explain credit card features, benefits, charges, and offers clearly
📝 Documentation & KYC
- Collect customer documents (Aadhaar, PAN, address proof, income proof)
- Ensure proper KYC verification and accurate application submission
- Coordinate with internal teams for card approval and issuance
🎯 Target Achievement
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Upsell add-on cards, EMI options, and card upgrades
- Maintain conversion ratios and productivity standards
🤝 Customer Relationship
- Resolve basic customer queries related to credit cards
- Build long-term customer relationships for repeat business and referrals
- Maintain professional behavior and follow compliance guidelines
🎓 Eligibility & Qualifications
- Education: 10+2 / Graduate (preferred but not mandatory in some cases)
- Experience:
- Freshers welcome
- 0–3 years in banking, NBFC, or sales preferred
🧠 Required Skills
- Good communication & convincing skills
- Basic understanding of banking/financial products
- Target-oriented mindset
- Willingness to do field work / telecalling
- Basic mobile or computer knowledge
🕘 Work Conditions

💰 Salary (Typical – Thane/Mumbai)
- ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (fixed)
