The Primary Teacher is responsible for educating young learners, developing lesson plans, maintaining classroom discipline, and supporting students’ academic and personal growth in a positive learning environment.

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons as per curriculum
• Teach subjects like English, Mathematics, EVS, and General Knowledge
• Create a safe, supportive, and interactive classroom environment
• Assess students’ progress through tests and assignments
• Maintain attendance, records, and report cards
• Communicate with parents regarding student performance
• Participate in school activities and teacher training programs

🎓 Eligibility / Qualifications

• D.Ed / B.Ed / TTC (mandatory for most schools)
• Graduation in relevant subject preferred
• CTET / State TET qualification (advantage)
