The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production operations, managing shop-floor staff, ensuring quality standards, and meeting production targets while following safety and company policies.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities
• Ensure production targets are met as per schedule
• Monitor machine operations and workforce productivity
• Ensure quality standards and reduce defects/rework
• Maintain production reports, shift logs, and records
• Implement safety rules and housekeeping standards (5S)
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and planning teams
• Train and guide operators and workers

🎓 Eligibility / Qualifications

• Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering
• ITI with supervisory experience may also apply

🧠 Skills Required

• Strong leadership and team-handling skills
• Knowledge of production planning and processes
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, production reports)
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Understanding of safety and quality systems

💼 Experience

• 2–7 years of experience in manufacturing/production
• Experience in automotive, fabrication, or process industry preferred

💰 Salary

₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience)
