Business Development Officer

🧾 Job Description

The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and driving company growth through sales and strategic partnerships.


✅ Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Generate leads through calls, emails, meetings, and networking
  • Present company products/services to potential clients
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Update CRM and sales reports regularly

🎓 Eligibility / Qualifications

  • Graduate in Business, Marketing, or any discipline
  • MBA (Marketing / Sales) preferred but not mandatory

🧠 Skills Required

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Convincing and presentation abilities
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, CRM tools
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently and in a team

💼 Experience

  • 0–5 years of experience
  • Freshers with good communication skills can apply

💰 Salary / Incentives

₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month

  • Performance incentives / commissions

  • Good understanding of sales cycles
  • Willing to travel for client meetings (if required)
