Machine Operator

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Machine Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery efficiently. The ideal candidate should have technical knowledge, attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operate production machines and equipment according to standard procedures.
• Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth production operations.
• Set up machines before production and make necessary adjustments.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify and report machine malfunctions or technical issues.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of machinery.
• Maintain production records and machine operation logs.
• Follow safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of machine operation and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to understand machine controls and operating procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in a production environment.

Qualification:

• 10th Pass, Intermediate (10+2), ITI, Diploma, or Any Technical Certification.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Salary:

• ₹2.5 LPA – ₹5.5 LPA (Based on skills and experience)
