Job Summary
A Sales & B2B Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth through corporate and institutional sales.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new B2B leads through calls, emails, meetings, and networking
- Pitch products/services to corporate clients, builders, distributors, and partners
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close deals
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, accounts, marketing)
- Maintain sales reports and CRM data
🎓 Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
👨💼 Experience
- Fresher: Business Development Executive / Sales Executive
- 1–3 years: B2B Sales Executive
- 3+ years: Business Development Manager

💰 Salary (Indicative – Thane)
- Freshers: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
- 1–3 years: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 per month
